SHIPPING
All of our products are sent out via Royal Mail, 2nd Class service. You will receive an email from us when your order has been packed and is on its way.
Enclosed within every package is a mailing bag for returns or to donate/sell any beautiful outgrown items to us.
When returning your stock or return mailbags to us, please retain your proof of postage from the post office.
RETURNS
If we haven't got an item quite right in size or style, please return it in the pre-paid postage bag enclosed in your package within 10 days of receipt along with completed returns slip, and choose whether to have the item replaced or refunded.
In the case of Selection bag and box orders, as we don't price our clothes by the item, we will refund them at a non-negotiable price proportionate to the overall box price. e.g. if you bought a premium Top-up selection box of 6 items for £45.00, items will be refunded at £7.50 per item.
Any individually priced items (such as Outerwear and Partywear) will be refunded in full.
We will also reimburse the postage cost.
