Frequently asked questions
Buying
We fill our selections with hand-picked beautiful pre-loved children’s clothes, personalised to your preferences and needs . We check each and every item we sell to ensure they’ll offer plenty of wear, and price them relative to supermarket brands to give you the very best value.
We offer a great range of selections depending on what your child needs – from a wardrobe “top-up” to a complete seasonal kit-out. They also make lovely gifts for new mums looking to clothe their new bundle of joy sustainably.
We take the work out of selecting individual items and save you the time scrolling pages and pages of clothes, by tailoring a selection of pieces to your style preferences and item needs. When you choose one of our selections, you have the option to tell us what you’re looking for, such as particular items you do/don’t need or specific themes and colours you and your child love best.
We hope you and your child will love your selection or can think of someone to pass them on to, but know that we can’t always get it right.
7 days after your purchase we’ll get in touch for your feedback on your selection.
If an item doesn’t fit the bill, simply return them to us using the pre-paid bag enclosed in your box, tell us why it hasn’t hit the mark and we’ll replace it with another item. Still not right? We’ll discuss a refund directly with you. As we don’t price our clothes by the item we’ll offer you a refund value proportionate to the selection box price.

Yes, of course. If they’re in fabulous condition we’ll happily take them. But please note we may not be able to buy them.
We meticulously check every item of clothing we receive to ensure it will offer the next home plenty of use.
Hence please make sure you’re confident your items meet these quality standards before sending them to us:
- Clean and free of stains
- No rips or broken zips
- No worn elbows or knees, or piling
- From a known brand
- In excellent, nearly new condition (or better!)
- Freshly laundered and ironed
Happy your clothes are in tip-top condition? Great! Go ahead and order a preloved mailing bag.
We’re meticulous in our quality and hygiene checks, and this can take a few days. Within 5 days of receipt of your clothes, we’ll contact you with a list of the items we’d like to re-sell with a non-negotiable price for them. You can then decide to accept of decline the price offer.
If you’d like to go ahead, we will pay your designated Bank or PayPal account within 24 hours.
If you’d rather decline, you can choose to have your items returned to you, or to donate them to your choice of our wonderful charity partners.
We’re keen to put some money back in your pocket for your beautiful items. We aim to align our pricing to compete with (or beat!) fast fashion high street prices and give you 40-50% of the value we think we can get for them within one of our selections. We won’t price your items individually – instead, we’ll confirm which items we can re-sell and offer a price for that group of items. The price we offer will also depend on the brand and the condition they’re in.
